I have spent most of my working life assessing and developing leaders. Over time, what has mattered most has not been simply judging whether someone can do the job. It has been helping people understand themselves more clearly, lead more effectively, and build stronger teams around them.

That is why I built Clarion Leadership. I wanted to create a business that combines honest insight with practical support, helping organisations develop better managers, stronger leadership teams, and clearer ways of working.

My style is straightforward, grounded and personal. I use practical frameworks, direct conversations and genuine support to help people make progress that lasts.
